AT TOKYO Launches ATBeX Watch Service
Enabling Easy Viewing of the Status of ATBeX and Related Services
via a Web Browser

AT TOKYO Corporation (Headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo, President and Chief Executive Officer: Tatsuya Izumida; hereinafter “AT TOKYO”) from March 3rd 2025 will begin offering ATBeX Watch service to its customers using the following services: ATBeX*1 Connection Line, Managed Virtual Router Service*2, and ONU Hosting Service*3.

Customers using these three services can access the ATBeX Watch service free of charge via a web browser to view information about their subscribed lines, traffic status, and related announcements from AT TOKYO. The interface is designed to be simple, allowing even customers who are not familiar with network management to easily check the status of their respective services at any time.

ATBeX Watch Specifications

Name: ATBeX Watch
Eligibility: Available to customers who have signed a contract with AT TOKYO for any of the following services:
• ATBeX Connection Line
• Managed Virtual Router Service
• ONU Hosting Service
Recommended Device: PC
Provision Method: Web application
Access Control: System authentication using customer ID (e-mail address) and password


ATBeX Watch Features

View Contract Information: Confirm current contract information.
Check Line Status: Monitor the status of ATBeX connection lines and managed virtual router service lines.
View Notices: Access maintenance information and other notifications from AT TOKYO.
User Management: Manage users and user groups. Set the range of services that can be viewed by each user group. Can be provided to subcontractors and end-users.

*1:ATBeX (AT TOKYO Business eXchange)
A network service platform that interconnects multiple customer networks between AT TOKYO’s data centers and affiliated data centers.

*2:Managed Virtual Router Service
A service in which AT TOKYO rents virtual routers to customers who have subscribed to our cloud connection service. The routers are configured to enable customers to use the cloud service from their own network.

*3: ONU Hosting Service
A service that allows customers to directly connect their WAN lines to our cloud connection service or managed virtual router service. Customers do not need to contract for a server rack with AT TOKYO, as the Optical Network Unit (ONU) provided by telecommunications carriers is hosted in a rack managed by AT TOKYO.
