AT TOKYO Signs Off-site Physical Corporate PPA
for its Data Center #3 Facility
for Procurement of Renewable Electricity to Reduce CO2 Emissions

AT TOKYO Corporation(Headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo, President and Chief Executive Officer: Tatsuya Izumida; hereinafter "AT TOKYO"), has signed an off-site physical corporate power purchase agreement*1 (hereinafter "PPA") with Advance Maintenance Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President and Chief Executive Officer: Tomoaki Odaka; hereinafter "Advance Maintenance") and TEPCO Energy Partner, Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President and Chief Executive Officer: Momoko Nagasaki; hereinafter "TEPCO EP"), as of June 27, 2024.

With this PPA, a portion of the electricity used in AT TOKYO’s Data Center #3 (hereinafter "DC3") will be raw green power*2 and will directly increase the total volume of renewable energy generated (known as "additionality") starting in July 2024.

Advance Maintenance will supply raw green power generated from its solar power plants in Tochigi and Ibaraki Prefectures (total capacity: 2.4 MW (AC)) to DC3 via TEPCO EP, which is estimated at an average of 3.79 million kWh/year, approximately 10.3% of DC3's annual electricity consumption. For the remaining electricity, AT TOKYO will utilize TEPCO EP's non-fossil power certificate service to achieve the data center's renewable energy standards.

The combined use of raw green power under this physical PPA and non-fossil certificates derived from renewable energy power sources will ensure a long-term stable electricity supply, as well as significantly contributing to decarbonization efforts for all tenants of the data center.

As a data center operator consuming significant amounts of electricity, AT TOKYO remains committed to fulfilling its social responsibility by actively promoting the use of renewable energy to achieve decarbonization and foster a sustainable society.
