AT TOKYO’s Cloud Lab Now Supports Megaport Connectivity
Extending Opportunities of Usage of a Cloud Connected Environment
Charged on Daily Unit Basis

AT TOKYO Corporation (Headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo, President and Chief Executive Officer: Akira Nakamura; hereinafter referred to as “AT TOKYO”) commences support of Megaport on AT TOKYO’s Cloud Lab from May 27th, 2021.

AT TOKYO Cloud Lab is a rental work space in Chuo Data Center (CC1) equipped with network connections via ATBeX, AT TOKYO’s interconnectivity platform, as well as equipment required for testing and verification. A network equipment rental service is also available.
AT TOKYO Cloud Lab service has been utilized by a large number of customers since its launch in 2019, due to its efficiency of being able to use a high quality cloud connected environment on a daily unit basis. Customers can build their own verification environment and utilize mega cloud connections and other services for a wide variety of purposes.

With the direct fiber optic cable connecting ATBeX to Megaport within CC1, customers using Cloud Lab can now create connections and perform verification using Megaport as its services have been extended to the work space.

Megaport is a leading provider of Network as a Service (NaaS) solutions. The company’s global Software Defined Network (SDN) enables customers to rapidly connect their network to other services across the Megaport network. Megaport connects more than 2,100 customers in over 700 enabled data centres globally, including 10 locations in Japan.
