Notice on changes to our shareholders and management

As of today, 31 October 2012, our main shareholder, Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO), has transferred 50.882% of our outstanding shares to SECOM Inc. This means our shareholder composition has changed to; SECOM 50.882%, TEPCO 33.334%, Intec 15.784%, making us a member of the SECOM group.

Also, following the emergency shareholder meeting and board meeting held on the same day, the following changes to our management team has been agreed and implemented:
